We are a South Australian family-owned Insurance Brokerage providing general insurance and risk management you can trust. Based in the heart of McLaren Vale, we are proud to be a local business that has been helping to protect our community since 1985.

Director / Insurance Broker, Tom Hancock has forged a very successful career in the insurance industry since starting out as an Underwriter with QBE Insurance in 2008. After 5 years in this role he realised that his future was in broking rather than underwriting and made the switch. He subsequently enjoyed a very productive career as a Corporate Insurance Broker with two of the world’s largest firms. It was during his 7 years as a corporate broker that he felt he had more to offer than simply being an employee of a global company. In 2020 Tom welcomed the opportunity to take on the responsibility of the family business and now has the freedom to manage his clients with the respect and personal service they deserve.

We can offer access to all types of General Insurance – excluding Life Insurance.

Commercial

Business Insurance

Protection for your business that can include cover for fire, storm, water damage, impact, theft, glass breakage, machinery breakdown and business interruption - there is no business we can’t insure.
Farm Insurance

Cover for your farm buildings and contents, your home and contents, farm improvements, machinery (inc breakdown), fencing, livestock and more. Whatever your farms purpose, we have you covered.
Travel Insurance

There are many different options for travel insurance, so please speak to us about your travel plans and we can work with you to determine the most suitable option.
Liability Insurance

Provides protection for you and your business from property damage or bodily injury caused to a third party.
Industrial Special Risk

Cover primarily for larger business operations with a high value of buildings and/or contents or stock. The policy can be highly modified and customised to suit any situation and client.
Product Recall

Protection for your business in the event of a manufacturing fault (either real, threatened or perceived) results in a recall of your products from the market. We can either insure you for the cost of the recall only or for the full replacement cost of the product to be delivered to your customers.
Personal Accident and Illness

Insurance for you or your staff if they are injured and/or suffer from an illness that means they and unable to work.
Machinery and Equipment

Protections for your business due to the failure and breakdown of key machinery items. It would be a pump, motor, compressor or switchboard, we can protect your business for the replacement cost and any associated downtime.
Cyber Security

Insurance cover for your IT platforms should they be attacked by cyber crime. It could be a ransomware or any other form of attack, we can protect your business for the cost associated with managing and restoring your systems due to an attack.

House and Contents Insurance

Protection for your home and or personal contents. There are levels of cover depending on your budget – Accidental Damage or Listed Events. We can insure your primary residence or holiday house.
Motor Vehicle Insurance

Physical damage insurance for your vehicles, ranging from a single passenger vehicle to a fleet of 200, to a fleet of trucks or even heavy earthmoving equipment. If it moves we can insure it.
Landlords Insurance

Insurance for your investment property, whether it be a long term rental arrangement or a short terms holiday let.
Boat (Pleasure craft) Insurance

This type of policy provides cover for damage and liability. We can provide you with cover for your personal use pleasurecraft, such as a tinny, jet ski, ski boat, cruiser or sailing boat. If it’s a business use vessel, we can insure anything from a pontoon, to a fishing trawler to an oil tanker or cargo ship.
